A couple of weeks after the visit to Fishermans Bend we drove down to Melbourne to take possession of the Monaro. After obtaining a permit for the car she was driven up to Country Victoria.
She certainly got some strange looks along the way and we got quite a lot of questions when we stopped for fuel at Kalkallo.
